It is recommended to schedule an appointment, as walk-ins are handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Western Digital (WD) RMA Centers

If you want to claim your Hard Disk / SSD or any products from Western Digital, you should visit us! We are Authorized Western Digital RMA Center.  You can walk in here or send by expedition then we will send it back to you. 
Check your product’s warranty status
Before you tread on to claiming your warranty, first check if it still has one. To do so you can go to this link, enter your product details, hit the submit button and check your product’s warranty status. You can check it here :
If your product is still under warranty, it will display “In Limited Warranty” under Status
Process to claim the warranty replacement
Register #1
Go to WD support portal support.wdc.com and sign in or register an account if you don’t have one.
Fill data #2
1. Choose “product replacement” under my support tag
2. Sign in / click create an account
Set address #3
3. Click “Register your product” under Product Support
4. “Create an RMA” under Product Support
5. Add new address
6. Select the product which would like to RMA, then choose the selected address and input reason of return
7. Submit

Once you get the RMA number the next step is to send your product in to Western Digital (WD RMA Center) manage by Primasiana, Phils. You can either print and fill up the form provided and ship your product back to Western Digital RMA Centers, or you can bring the defected product personally to our center:

Seagate Care RMA Centers

If you want to claim your Hard Disk / SSD or any products from Seagate, you should visit us! We are Authorized Seagate RMA Center.  You can walk in here or send by expedition then we will send it back to you. 
Process to get warranty support  & claim the warranty replacement for your defective hard drive
Check warranty #1
First check if your hard drive is still under warranty.

Checking #2
1. The hard drive has not failed Seagate's Visual Mechanical Inspection (VMI) criteria or drive has shown evidence of being opened or tampered.
2. The product has not failed the SeaTools test (if applicable)
3. If you purchased the hard drive from an authorised Seagate distributor/reseller, you will see the warranty period and the name of the authorised distributor
For PC / Laptop
5. If you purchased your PC/laptop from an OEM, you may return the PC/laptop to the OEM for replacement of the hard drive.
