Check your product’s warranty status
Before you tread on to claiming your warranty, first check if it still has one. To do so you can go to this link, enter your product details, hit the submit button and check your product’s warranty status. You can check it here :
If your product is still under warranty, it will display “In Limited Warranty” under Status
Process to claim the warranty replacement
Register #1
Go to WD support portal support.wdc.com and sign in or register an account if you don’t have one.
Fill data #2
1. Choose “product replacement” under my support tag
2. Sign in / click create an account
Set address #3
3. Click “Register your product” under Product Support
4. “Create an RMA” under Product Support
5. Add new address
6. Select the product which would like to RMA, then choose the selected address and input reason of return
7. Submit

Once you get the RMA number the next step is to send your product in to Western Digital (WD RMA Center) manage by Primasiana, Phils. You can either print and fill up the form provided and ship your product back to Western Digital RMA Centers, or you can bring the defected product personally to our center:
